Emulsion Polymer Scientist

**experienced EMULSION POLYMER SCIENTIST who brings**

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:
- Execute experimental development of new emulsion polymers from early concept to
- commercialization- Give support to product and manufacturing problems
- Formulation of next generation emulsion polymers
- Present data at internal and external meetings
- Collaborate with R&D teams globally
- Report to the R&D Director

**Education & experience**:

- PhD or Master degree in polymer chemistry.- Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of experience within emulsion polymer

synthesis

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of emulsion polymer synthesis- Structure-property understanding for a variety of coatings, sealant and adhesive- Innovation and creative problem solving skills
- Collaboration within the R&D team
- Proficiency with analytical and mechanical characterization of emulsion polymers
- Project planning
- Fluency in English. Excellent oral and written communication skills
