Onze processen verbeteren, boeit jou dat ? Als **Business Analyst** kan je onze businessprocessen **modelleren** en **toetsen.** Je beschikt over een transversaal zicht en hebt heel wat contacten met belangrijke actoren binnen de dynamiek van projecten Agile van Ethias. Je draagt, onder andere, bij tot de initiatieven rond **innovatie** en **kwaliteit** in de verschillende fases van de levenscyclus van het project.
Wat betekent dit concreet ? Om de behoeften gemakkelijker te begrijpen, verzamel je de **vragen** en stemt ze af tussen de business en de stakeholders. Je bent een **belangrijke speler** binnen het project. Je zorgt voor de **follow-up** en **het testen** van de ontwikkelde oplossingen door de feedback van de tests te consolideren en te rapporteren. Tot slot blijf je je kennis van je vakgebied **up to date houden** en uitbreiden. Uiteraard kan je advies vragen en opleidingen volgen zodat je kunt blijven groeien in je rol.
Kortom, je hebt daadkracht te over en bent/wordt onze Business Analyst Expert.
**Profiel**
Jij bent de geknipte persoon als je...
- een master hebt in beheer, boekhouding, wiskunde, informatica, economie of over een gelijkwaardige ervaring beschikt
- kennis hebt van onderzoeks-, modelleer
- en testmethodes (Agile-Scrum, Business Requirements, Business Rules, Non-Functional Requirements) en van de tools (ARIS, Visio, Jira, EAI)
- methodisch werkt en goede synthese
- en redactionele vaardigheden hebt
- oplossingsgericht bent
- zowel in team als autonoom kunt werken
Het is een troef als je...
- mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring hebt in een vergelijkbare functie (consultant, functioneel/technisch analist, business analyst).
