A day in the life of
As Night Auditor, you will be under the responsability of the Front Office Manager. You will ensure for each client a night welcome as well as personalized and warm support ; provide them with all useful information ; contribute to their permanent satisfaction by ensuring a quality service throughout their stay ; contribute to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives of your service ; ensures the safety of the property and people.
Based in the Holiday Inn Express Brussels - Grand-Place, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You have an excellent presentation; are friendly and courteous; customer oriented; love administrative work.
