**Functieomschrijving**

Als Internal Sales Specialist Lenovo ben je één van de eerste contactpersonen voor onze klanten voor alle presales vragen. Je zorgt voor een gepaste en proactieve dienstverlening aan de klant om een duurzame klantenrelatie op te bouwen. Je staat mee in voor een efficiënt pipeline management en het behalen van de sales doelstellingen samen met het team.

**En daarnaast**:

- Maak je offertes op en volg je deze actief op;
- Beantwoord of je verwijst alle vragen door die door de klant worden gesteld conform de afgesproken SLA's;
- Onderhoud je eigen productkennis en expertise door tijdige certificatie en bijscholing;
- Beheer je actief de pipeline door regelmatige afstemming met de klanten;
- Werk je aan een kwaliteitsvolle relatie met de klant;
- Stel je relevante klanteninformatie ter beschikking van de organisatie via onze CRM tool;
- Werk je samen met de collega's Inside Sales om aan de klantenvereisten te voldoen;
- Geef je cross-selling opportuniteiten door.

**Jij**:

- Neemt initiatief, bent gedreven en een doorzetter
- Bent commercieel ingesteld;
- Hebt affiniteit en/of relevante ervaring in de job;
- Werkt resultaatgericht en streeft altijd naar een win-winsituatie;
- Zorgt voor een correcte administratie en opvolging van offertes en klanten contactgegevens in CRM;
- Werkt resultaatgericht en je volgt accuraat zaken op ;
- Ziet deze job op langere termijn;
- Neemt samen met het team actief deel aan de wekelijkse sales meeting (virtueel en op kantoor in Diegem);
- Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en beheerst ook goed Engels.
