In this role of Management Assistant you will be responsible for both administrative and organizational tasks.
- Ensuring the smooth execution of client projects and daily operations
- Calendar management (coordination of meetings and events)
- Administrative assistance for a few managers and partners

**The Successful Applicant**:

- You hold a bachelor's degree in Office Management or have an equivalent in experience (1-3 years)
- You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of French and English. Good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
- Your organizational skills, motivation and flexibility are your prime qualifications for a successful approach
- You work precisely and meticulously.
