**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Sales Manager werk je nauw samen met je team en je rapporteert aan de COO.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het commercieel resultaat van het grootste hotel aan de Belgische kust.
Door prospectie en accountmanagement op de lokale en internationale markt zorg je voor een optimale bezetting van kamers, meeting rooms en de F&B outlets.
Je kan leiding en sturing geven aan een team, hebt een ruime ervaring en je bent een creatieve duizendpoot die beschikt over de nodige marketing tools.
**Profiel**:
- Relevante ervaring in de hotel sales (corporate/mice)
- Sales rapporteringen opmaken
- Opstellen commercieel plan
- Arrangementen definiëren B2B, B2C
- Klantenbestand uitbreiden en actief houden
- Hotel vertegenwoordigen op beurzen, evenementen, enz.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van contacten met externe partners
- Faciliteren van evenementen ter plaatse van A tot Z
