**Description du poste**:
En tant que Project Manager vos tâches principales sont le suivi et support des projets techniques de la Business Unit Tram, l’évaluation et l’implémentation de nouvelles techniques et le suivi et support pour les études techniques spécifiques (Département Technique, Information Systems). Vous êtes responsable de l’implémentation pratique de nombreux projets.

- Réaliser des études de faisabilité, organiser et gérer des projets qui

doivent être implémentés au niveau du département technique de la BU et proposer des pistes d’améliorations.
- Analyser sur base régulière le niveau des coûts relatifs à l’efficacité des travaux effectués au sein du Département Technique et proposer des mesures correctives.
- Analyser au niveau technique les projets d’amélioration provenant de la cellule Maintenance Engineering et en suivre la réalisation.
- Fournir de l’assistance lors de la rédaction de cahiers des charges, le suivi des procédures d’achat et d’évaluation des offres.
- Participer aux essais de contrôle lors de la réception de nouveau Matériel Roulant, machines et installations techniques.
- Rédiger et actualiser les spécifications techniques, les notes d’entretien et assurer une étroite collaboration dans l’élaboration de manuels d’entretien ou de modules de formations.
- Evaluer les nouvelles techniques et leur utilisation au sein du Département Technique.
- Démarrer, piloter et coopérer à des projets (de recherche) internes et externes au sein du Département Technique.
- Participer à des projets de coopération internationale et d’achat de

nouveau matériel roulant (être la personne clé dans le suivi des dossiers d’attribution et de réception des nouveaux véhicules).

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous disposez d’un Master en Ingénieur Industriel ou êtes Bachelier avec min. 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine
- Bonne connaissance technique du fonctionnement des différents

tramways ainsi que des systèmes Électronique embarqués et bonne connaissance de l’évolution des transports en commun.
- Connaissance du fonctionnement des dépôts, des ateliers, du Département Mouvement et de la STIB en général.
- Connaissance en gestion de projet, avoir la certification PRINCE2 est un plus (ou être disposé à l’obtenir).
- Bonne aptitude à la lecture de cahiers des charges et à la rédaction de spécifications et de rapports techniques.
- Aptitude à développer/conduire/participer à des protocoles d’essais de réception de machines et/ou installation.
- Vous êtes francophone/néerlandophone avec une très bonne

connaissance de l’autre langue. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
- Vos qualités personnelles : autonome, sens aigu des responsabilités, empathie, diplomatie, esprit d’équipe, communicatif.ve, esprit d’analyse, créatif.ve et orienté.e solution.
