Hse Trainer

**INTRODUCTIE**:

- We are currently looking for a HSE Trainer.

**FUNCTIE**:

- Manage the trainings as per “HSE Training Matrix”
- Ensure that all “HSE Training Passports” are properly filled and updated after completion of training courses and positive result of competency tests
- Prepare the adequate training delivers, materials, schedule
- Draft the training performance record and report regularly to HSE Manager for reference.
- Ensure the objectives of the HSE Training Procedure are met
- Ensure that appropriate records of trainings are updated and maintained.
- Reporting to Construction HSE Manager

**FUNCTIE-EISEN**:

- Excellent HSE knowledge of international HSE standards in petrochemical or oil and gas industry
- Preferably some relevant experience in similar role in (petro)chemical or oil & gas environment
- Fluent English is a must, Dutch is an advantage
- Excellent training skills;
- Well-organized and structured approach in administration;
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
- Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance
