Ben jij de diplomatieke bruggenbouwer die wij zoeken om ons Digital team te versterken? Als Product Owner ben je de spil tussen de zakelijke stakeholders en ons IT-ontwikkelingsteam. Jouw rol? Het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete verbeteringen en oplossingen, met een bijzondere focus op **Salesforce**
**Functie**
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht als Product Owner? Graag geven we jou een overzicht van de kernverantwoordelijkheden, eigen aan een Product Owner bij Securex.
- **Noden Identificeren en Vertalen**: Je bent een meester in het herkennen, analyseren en specificeren van interne en externe klantbehoeften. Je zet deze behoeften om in tastbare verbetervoorstellen en duidelijke requirements.
- **Evolutie en Groei**: Jouw verantwoordelijkheid reikt verder dan de horizon. Je stuurt de groei van bestaande programma's zoals telefonie en Self Service Employers aan.
- **Monitoring en Verbeteringen**: Je houdt de vinger aan de pols door de bestaande programma's te monitoren en resultaten te analyseren. Op basis daarvan ben je de motor achter onze continue verbeteringscyclus.
- **Prioriteiten Stellen en Budgetbeheer**: Jij bepaalt de prioriteiten en bewaakt zorgvuldig het budget voor jouw domein.
- **Teamwerk en Coördinatie**: Als meester-coördinator werk je nauw samen met diverse teams, zowel binnen IT als business. Je beantwoordt hun vragen, coördineert activiteiten en faciliteert betekenisvolle vergaderingen.
- **Kwaliteitsborging**: Je staat garant voor de juiste implementatie en zorgt ervoor dat onze toepassingen consistent en van topkwaliteit zijn.
- **Documentatie en Training**: Je voorziet in alle nodige documentatie, opleidingen en handleidingen voor gebruikers.
- **Proactieve Optimalisatie**: Innovatie zit in je bloed. Je gaat proactief op zoek naar feedback en kansen om onze applicaties en workflows te optimaliseren.

- en functionele analyse.
- **IT Knowhow**: Je bent vertrouwd met IT-softwareontwikkeling en begrijpt de basisconcepten.
- **Procesverbeteraar**: Je ziet overal kansen voor procesverbeteringen en pakt deze met beide handen aan.
- **Diplomatiek Bruggenbouwer**: Je bent een meesterlijke bruggenbouwer, in staat om klantwensen te vertalen naar begrijpelijke taal voor onze IT-afdeling.
- **Communicatievaardigheden**: Jouw communicatievaardigheden zijn ongeëvenaard. Je luistert actief en weet de juiste vragen te stellen om tot echte oplossingen te komen.
- **Teamspeler**: Je hebt een sterk gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid en floreert in een multidisciplinair team, zowel binnen de business als IT.
- **Analytische Scherpte**: Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en doorgrondt snel complexe bedrijfsprocessen.
- **Pragmatische Denker**: Je bent een praktisch denker die weet hoe je urgente operationele problemen moet aanpakken.
- **Projectmanagement**: Je hebt bewezen ervaring in projectbeheer en presteert goed onder druk.
- **Taalvaardigheid**: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels naast noties van het Frans.
