**Jouw functie**:
- Kwaliteit en veiligheid van onze producten staat steeds centraal, zowel in het productieproces als in het administratief proces. Post market surveillance is een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan. Aan jou om het bestaande kwaliteitssysteem te behouden en te verbeteren.
- Daarbij hou je steeds rekening met de geldende regelgevingen m.b.t. medische hulpmiddelen.
- Daarnaast sta je in voor de optimalisatie van de productie
- en administratieve processen. Je analyseert je de huidige werking aan de hand van productie
- en kwaliteitsdata. Je legt verbeterpunten vast en zorgt voor de implementatie daarvan binnen de organisatie.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Jij hebt een masterdiploma van ingenieur op zak, aangevuld met ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving.
- Je beschikt over een zeer sterk analytisch vermogen, bent cijfermatig aangelegd, gaat zeer gestructureerd te werk en vindt voor elke uitdaging het geschikte antwoord.
- Je durft verantwoordelijkheid nemen, kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent eveneens een echte teamplayer die bovendien een groep kan coachen.
- Je stelt kwaliteit steeds centraal, hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen, en valt niet uit de lucht bij het horen van termen als ‘Kaisen’ of ‘risicoanalyse’.
- Ten slotte ben je erg communicatief (Nederlands/Frans/Engels) en woon je bij voorkeur in de regio.
