Introductie

IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Application Owner** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Je fungeert als escalatiepunt voor incidenten, problemen, service requestsbinnen de applicatie portfolio
- Je behandelt de functionele escalaties die vanuit eerste en tweedelijnssupport komen, ondersteunt actief operationele teams teneinde een snelleen doordachte oplossing aan te reiken voor incidenten, problemen,service requests en structurele problemen binnen de applicatie portfolio
- Je documenteert de aangereikte oplossingen
- Je draagt end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheren en bewaken vanapplicaties in de toegewezen portfolio van applicaties, streeft continu naarhet optimaal functioneren, de continuïteit, de levenscyclus, debeschikbaarheid van de applicaties en de integratie met andereapplicaties
- Je adviseert en overlegt met business process owners en IT managementover de benodigde projecten om de visie m.b.t. de applicatie portfolio tekunnen uitbouwen en te realiseren, creëert een draagvlak en overbrugtactief de afstand tussen IT en het eindproduct van de business
- Je creëert de work backlog voor de applicatie portfolio, bepaalt de prioriteitenifv de strategische roadmap, stuurt de realisatie van wijzigingen aanvolgens deze prioriteiten en dit i.s.m. de business process owner
- Je coördineert de realisatie van wijzigingen in sprints en releases en zorgtvoor commitment van alle resources die nodig zijn om deze realisatie optijd, binnen budget en met de afgesproken kwaliteit te voltooien
- Je fungeert als vraagbaak voor Business Process Owners en ITmedewerkers inzake de toegewezen applicatie portfolio, onderhoudt, waarrelevant en met respect voor de geldende richtlijnen binnen deorganisatie, contacten over nieuwe versies en releases met deleveranciers betrokken in jouw portfolio
- Je coördineert en voert technische activiteiten van operationelegebeurtenissen

Functie-eisen
- Bachelor of universitair ICT
- Goed coördinerend, analytisch en technisch inzicht
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als functioneel, technisch analist of developer
- Ervaring binnen een support team
- Ervaring met db is een voordeel (SQL, Oracle)
- Ervaring in ondersteuning van aangekochte sodftware pakketten
- Goede kennis als gebruiker van informatica pakketten oa MS Office, Sparx EA,
- Elke ervaring binnen de spoorwegsector is een aanzienlijk voordeel
- ITIL kennis is een pluspunt
- Zin voor initiatief en goede communicatievaardigheden
- Probleem oplossende ingesteldheid
