**Ce que vous allez faire**:
En tant qu’**IT Product Owner**, vous serez chargé(e) des produits informatiques dans le domaine de la **planification du Transport et de la Supply Chain**:

- En plus de traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en solutions informatiques, vous évaluez les demandes de vos parties prenantes et, grâce à votre expertise, vous déterminez ce qui peut être réalisé et ce qui ne peut pas l'être.
- En tant que Product Owner, vous comprenez et analysez les exigences opérationnelles et les traduisez et orientez vers des solutions de plateformes en partie (ou en totalité) automatisées.
- Vous coordonnez le déploiement de la solution avec l'ensemble de l'équipe IT et assurez le transfert/support aux départements concernés.
- Vous vous tenez au courant des tendances actuelles dans le domaine de la planification du Transport et de la Supply Chain afin de garantir que notre organisation est toujours à jour.
- Vous rejoindrez l'équipe IT et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Scrum Master et l'équipe Scrum.
- Plus précisément, vous serez quotidiennement en contact avec les équipes de planification du Transport et de la Supply Chain. Vous gérerez les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Vous êtes la personne de référence pour l'identification, la hiérarchisation et la gestion du carnet de commandes, le suivi de l'état d'avancement des produits livrés et le suivi des performances des produits;
- Vous assurez la continuité: un service de garde est obligatoire (1 semaine par mois).

**Qui êtes-vous ?**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un **master **et avez **au moins 5 ans** d'expérience pertinente.
- Vous montrez de l’intérêt pour les flux et processus du transport et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et êtes orienté(e) vers la recherche de solutions.
- Vous communiquez de manière efficace et réfléchie.
- La proactivité et une attitude positive sont des qualités essentielles.
- La connaissance de **SQL**, des **outils de modélisation** et des outils **MS Office** est requise.
- La connaissance de.Net, Blazer, Jira et Confluence est un plus.
- La maîtrise de **l'Anglais **est indispensable, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance du **Français **ou du **Néerlandais**.

Mais cela ne s'arrête pas à nos magasins ou à notre logistique. Car nos quelque 1 000 collègues des services Finance, RH, IT, Commerce ou Legal sont également là pour collaborer avec nous et aider nos clients à bien manger.
