Tasks

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Knowliah, you will play an essential role in our growth as you share the Knowliah success story with organisations around the world, after having prospected them using techniques such as ABM (Account Based Marketing), and help them understand the value Knowliah offers to support Enterprise Legal Management. Target clients will be companies with over 1.000 employees and cover all verticals.

A BDM at Knowliah has a broad function. Discovering prospect’s pains and interacting with customers (in-person and virtual) is only one part of your actual spent time.
You will also work closely with the Solution Engineering team (pre-sales), post-sales teams (such as Customer Success for cross
- & up-sell opportunities), and marketing since you will actively participate in activities such as webinars and events.

**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities for a Corporate Account Executive at Knowliah
- Demonstrate an experienced approach to prospecting
- Manage the end to end complex sales cycle including prospect identification, qualification, product demonstrations (with support from the Sales Engineering team), contract negotiations and close
- Utilise a proactive and thoughtful strategy to increase sales
- Employ a consultative approach to gain insights into prospects' pains and challenges
- Educate and advocate for the Knowliah mission and products
- Evaluate prospects’ strategy and make recommendations to enhance the value of the Knowliah solution
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to increase sales and satisfaction
- Visualise organisational priorities and align Knowliah accordingly
- Sell into a variety of lines of business and successfully sell to the C-level
- Commit to continuous learning and innovation

**Corporate Account Executives at Knowliah have**:

- Minimum 5 years experience selling software into large corporate customers
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
- Experience in prospecting strategic decision makers and executives
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Note: Native-level Dutch or French, with fluency in the other language and English is required for this role
- Bonus Points: some formal sales training (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN,...) and experience or background in the legal industry
