**THE ROLE**

As an MSP Consultant - Contracting, you will take care of the onboarding of freelancers from A-Z, contract management and support the invoicing. You ensure timely, compliant data. You also delve into international law and provide advice to the parties involved. You then work closely with finance,

IT, various client stakeholders, suppliers and freelancers to ensure that the process runs smoothly.

You maintain good relations with internal teams at HeadFirst Group, suppliers and the client. You contribute to the continuous improvement of the existing processes.

**THE TASKS**

− Ensuring timely, complete and correct processing of information in the VMS system

− You are responsible for onboarding starters and process expiring contracts and renew current contracts

− You gather information needed to finalize the onboarding process

− You are responsible for collecting all the information needed for a proper invoicing process, and liaise with stakeholders when time corrections are requested

− You take the lead in meetings with stakeholders

− You set up meetings with suppliers or freelancers to go over the onboarding process

− You ensure that suppliers and customers comply with the procedures. In case of non
- compliance, you take the necessary actions

− You qualitatively handle the questions and complaints of customers, suppliers, freelancers both in writing and by phone

− You are responsible for the follow-up of current files and communicate progress to stakeholders

− You analyze legal documents and give advice in consultation with procurement and legal

− You work together with our Finance department to process the invoicing & answer questions related to it in the best possible way to the stakeholders involved

− You maintain good relationships with suppliers and the customer

− You participate in the onboarding of suppliers into the MSP program, in collaboration with your colleagues from the Sourcing team and Clients

− Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, propose optimizations and implement them in consultation with stakeholders - Continuously strive to provide efficient and high-quality services

THE PROFILE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

− At least a bachelor's degree or similar through experience

− Initial experience in a similar role (administrative support, customer service, commercial support, etc.) is a plus

− Experience with an MSP program is a plus

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

− MS Office package

− Knowledge of a VMS tool (SAP Fieldglass, Netive,... ) is a plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS

− Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)

− Very good knowledge of Dutch and or French (both spoken and written)

− Knowledge of another language (Spanish, Italian, German) is a plus.
