Als Communication Officer neem je een breed en afwisselend takenpakket voor je rekening, zoals o.a.:
- Je organiseert bezoeken en (deelname aan) de nodige events in samenwerking met andere partners, events van derden en eigen events (intern en extern).
- Je schrijft korte teksten voor intern en extern gebruik en dit voor verschillende doelgroepen en communicatiekanalen, zoals o.a. website, uitnodigingen, etc.
- Je rolt in nauwe interactie met de andere communicatiecollega’s, de communicatiestrategie uit.
- Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor verschillende vormen van communicatie rond EnergyVille’s projecten en activiteiten (website, sociale media, nieuwsbrieven, etc.)
Vereiste kennis en skills
- Je hebt een bachelor in communicatiewetenschappen en hebt al een eerste relevante werkervaring (1 à 2 jaar) in communicatie, branding en het organiseren van events.
- Je bent leergierig en hebt een sterke interesse in nieuwe technologieën.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, bent creatief en hands-on.
- Je hebt sterke organisatorische skills om alle activiteiten zelfstandig te coördineren en uit te voeren.
- Je legt gemakkelijk contacten op verschillende niveaus en je weet via deze weg interessante informatie te verzamelen.
- Je schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en in het Engels en weet je communicatieboodschappen te vertalen naar verschillende doelgroepen.

- Werkregime: Deeltijds 50% - 2,5 dagen/week (20u)

- We bieden de flexibiliteit om zowel vanuit ons kantoor als van thuis te werken. Dit om een gezonde balans tussen werk en privé te behouden en tegelijkertijd een integraal onderdeel van ons team te zijn.
**Voor deze tijdelijke positie kan je solliciteren als kandidaat, de tewerkstelling is dan via een uitzendkantoor of een andere derde partij. Als je een Freelancer bent (zelfstandige consultant) verwelkomen wij ook jouw sollicitatie.
