- What you will do- To that end, you interact with many people throughout and outside the Fab organization to understand what they are trying to accomplish.
- You negotiate with the business on the trade-off between technical feasibility and usability/benefits of requested functionalities.
- You create prototypes and/or wireframes to validate proposals with requesters.
- You define performance requirements and acceptance criteria.
- You perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and create/update user documentation for implemented functionalities.
- You collaborate closely with functional analyst and (solution) architects in ICT and our implementation partner(s) and review the functional designs created by them based on your business requirements.

Who you are
- You have a Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g. in Electronics, Materials science or Chemistry), Exact Sciences, or equal by experience.
- You have prior experience in manufacturing or the process industry.
- Prior experience in or knowledge of semiconductor processing is a strong asset.
- You have strong (technical) communication skills. You are an engaged listener, able to detect the needs of your internal stakeholders.
- You have a pro-active approach and initiate actions when needed. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive right into the action.
- You can work autonomously, take initiative and are capable to plan and organize your own work.
- Since you will be working in a highly international environment and will be maintaining a good contact with colleagues and co-workers from all over the world, fluency in English is essential.
