Junior Sales Executive

_As Junior Sales Executive, you translate your passion for sales into opening doors, armed with our myriad of activities in the IT world._
- Your smooth charisma convinces smaller and larger clients of the need for trained IT personnel, releasing them from the logistics that usually go with it._
- You listen to the client’s needs and easily find a tailormade solution: the right training, a trial-and-hire, a project based consultant, a series of academies spiced with the client’s flavour, all in the framework of a long and fruitful collaboration._

**Profile**:

- Sales is your corebusiness. You are truly a mini-enterpreneur that thrives from seeking and landing profiles and clients. You love a quick win, but think of the long term relationship.
- You describe yourself as result and solution oriented. You focus on finding solutions when faced with a challenge, and persevere until your goal is accomplished.
- You are excellent at communicating, being to the point and transparent.
- You speak IT and have no trouble honing in on specific technical requirements.
