Abbott is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to be based in Belgium.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Plan internal meetings, training, and support the marketing team during trade shows preparation
- Support marketing’s team in the routing of promotional material
- Develop and monitor third party vendors’ engagement
- Maintain marketing team’s training curricula up to date and follow-up with the team members to ensure trainings deadline are met
- Manage common internal tools, platforms including SharePoint, Outlook distribution list
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Support the training team in storing training documentation and setting up internal training in head quarter
- Support Marketing Management team with travels arrangement and expense reports

Your Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, advertising
- Previous experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software and Office package
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated excellence in project management, cross-functional teamwork and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Team player
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
- Fluent in English, additional language is an asset
