**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- A relevant Secondary Education’;
- At least 3 years' experience in Data, Information, Records, Knowledge and/or Content Management;
- Advanced experience in MS SharePoint, administration and frontend MS SharePoint and web management;
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian element;
- Prior experience in Data, Information and Knowledge Management;
- Wide experience in office communication and information systems;
- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills;
- High level of organizational, coordination and communication skills.
**Duties/role**:
- Supporting:
- The NCIA wide Knowledge, Information and Data Management initiatives from an administrative coordination and management perspective including, but not limited to, workshops and meeting preparation, moderation, minute and actions recording etc.;
- Activities to establish, control and manage Agency wide processes for the Data, Information, Knowledge Management, including, but not limited to, the development of Agency directives, Process Description Execution Document (PDED) and supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
- Coordinating and following-up on the execution and monitoring of activities in the Data, Information and Knowledge Management initiatives process (provide regular feedback to the process owner and line management);
- Identification and managing the process interfaces, input and outputs;
- Identification and implementing process enablers;
- Supporting, and somewhat leading under the overall supervision of the Branch Head, the overall Data and Information control work, also, in line with the European General Data Protection Rules (GDPR) and other National data and information protection requirements that may arise;
- Supporting, and somewhat leading under the overall supervision of the Branch Head, any data mapping efforts that may be required to assure National and International compliance to data protection;
- Contributing to:
- Conduct of regular surveys on IKM assets;
- Yearly assessment of IKM programme maturity;
- Coordinating office activities;
- Coordinating and managing the IKM sections battle rhythm and routine activities against IKM multiyear Strategy and Plan;
- Managing IKM Sections tasker actions and assuring internal IKM teams status awareness;
- Liaising with other Agency organizational elements and external contractors in support of IKM deliverables.
