**Drivers Desk Officer**:
Move forward as Drivers Desk Officer at DSV in Puurs.
**About the role**
You are responsible for welcoming and assisting truck drivers (import, export, distribution). You are also responsible for processing transport documents
And you will be:
- You assign a loading/unloading dock depending on availability and further efficiency of goods handling;
- You check transport documents, data and dimensions;
- Signalling errors, ambiguities and deviations;
- You process documents and data according to the prescribed procedures;
- You distribute documents internally to the right people and departments;
- You enter data, classify and archive documents.

**Are you the perfect fit?**
- You have a first experience within road transportation (drivers desk function)
- You will be working in different shifts (07-15h00 // 10-18h00 / 13-21h00)
- You are communicative and assertive
- Good knowledge (oral and written) of Dutch and English, basic knowledge of French
- knowledge of MS Office
