**Function**:
You will act as a "**Personal Assistant**":

- Writing of PP presentations
- Organization of meetings/lunches/events
- Management of agendas and meeting rooms
- Office organization (printers, plants, coffee machine, stamp machine)
- Preparation of board meetings and meetings with the holding company and shareholders
- Reporting in Excell

You manage the "**Reception"**:

- Management of the reception of visitors and employees
- Telephone reception, letter carrier
- Management of incoming/outgoing mail and registered mail (scan-record-distribute)

You are our "**Office manager**":

- Management of Ad Hoc requests from the assistant box
- Management of orders and stock of supplies / Management of suppliers
- Follow-up of the key file
- Coordination of owners/neighbors (evacuation exercises, canteen reservation,...)

You act also as a "**commercial support**":

- Verification of compromises and sales acts
- Maintenance and update of sales reports
- Creation of a summary table of buyers' supplements
- Planning of buyers' appointments (site visits, provisional receptions)
- Contact person for the purchasers during the provisional receptions

**Profile**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Management Assistant or other similar training
- You are a multitasking and versatile person
- You have the ability to manage precise deadlines.
- You have a perfect command of the office suite.
- You are a helpful person who is discreet and assertive in your work.
- You are result-oriented and show organizational skills and reactivity on a daily basis.
- You speak French as well as English and Dutch fluently.
