We are Fednot, the Royal Federation of Belgian Notaries, one of the largest employers' federations of the country.
Every year, 2.5 million Belgians rely on the independent advice of a notary. At Fednot, we support notaries so they can do what they do best : help citizens at important moments in their lives.
Fednot supports notaries' offices in their day-to-day operations: providing legal advice, office management, IT solutions, training and information for the general public.

**Experienced Business Analyst (M/F/x)**
**As a Business Analyst**, you will play a crucial role in capturing and understanding business needs and translate them into added value reporting and processes, create and maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure its fluent communication across the organization. You’ll delve into the inner workings of our organization, analyze the impact of initiatives and projects to find the best solutions for the business.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Perform business analyze by capturing, understanding, analyzing and questioning business needs;
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather and update business-related information.
- Ensure knowledge on business domains, including customers and partners, is readily available and understood by all relevant parties;
- Conduct workshops, desk research and customers visits to gather information and insights from all relevant parties;
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation, including customer journeys, business processes and related issues, conceptual and logical data models, personas, business rules; and capabilitiesand ensure its fluent communication throughout the organization.

- A Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience in IT related domain;
- 3 years experience as Business Analyst;
- At least 3 years experience in Data Modelling (ERD) and in BPM;
- Highly analytical mind and problem-solving skills ;
- Negotiating skills, ability to drive constructive discussions and reach consensus ;
- Being able to explain complex matters in an easy way ;
- The ability to create an atmosphere of openness in which needs and problems are brought to the surface;

- An excellent communicator, both in oral and written communication ;
