**Positionner**:
Le département QA/QC recherche un inspecteur QA/QC possédant une expérience solide dans une fonction similaire. L’inspecteur devra à la fois être autonome mais aussi ouvert à progresser et faire progresser une équipe collaborative.
**Missions et tâches**:
L’inspecteur QA-QC réalisera seul et en équipe les opérations suivantes:
- Lecture et synthèse de spécifications techniques, en français et en anglais, relatives à la construction d’élément mécano-soudé pour le secteur alimentaire, pharmaceutique, chimique et oil & gas
- Rédaction de ITP ou plan qualité respectant les spécifications clients et réglementations applicables
- Vérification de la correspondance avec les isométriques et plans
- Encodage et suivi dans le logiciel d’assurance qualité
- Préparation des dossiers de construction
- Réalisation des contrôles visuels
- Programmation et gestion des contrôles non destructifs
- Organisation et suivi des épreuves hydrauliques
- Suivi des qualifications des soudeurs
- Rédaction et suivi des non-conformités

**Profil recherché**:
L’inspecteur QA/QC maîtrise:
- La directive des équipements sous pression (PED 2014/68 UE)
- L’utilisation des normes et codes de construction comme par exemple ( ASMEVIII div 1, CODAP,.)
- Les concepts d’assurance qualité
- Les procédés de soudage et les normes en lien comme l’ISO 15614-1, l’ISO 9606,.
- Les techniques de contrôle non destructif
- La suite bureautique office (Word, Excel,.)
- Des bonnes bases en anglais ou être prêt à les développer dans un court terme
