En tant qu’Engineering Manager (h/f), vos tâches seront de:
- Planifier les phases spécifiques de la réalisation du projet avec les différents départements de l'entreprise
- Valider, développer et contrôler la gestion de nouveaux projets
- Former et accompagner vos équipes dans les nouveaux produits
- S'assurer que les nouveaux produits sont développés conformément aux normes et directives définies
- Gérer, encadrer et développer votre personnel
- Gérer les KPI’s (budget, objectif,)
- Coordonner tous les projets ou sujets du département Engineering avec les autres départements de la société
**Profil**
En tant qu'Engineering Manager (h/f), vous correspondez au profil suivant:
- Ingénieur en électromécanique / industriel/civil
- Expérience de plus de 5 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Excellent gestionnaire d’équipe
- Capacités à gérer des projets de A à Z
- Bonnes connaissances en anglais
