Management Trainee Operations

**Functie**:
Gedurende een inwerkperiode leer je bepaalde aspecten van onze productieomgeving kennen zoals engineering, leidinggeven, kwaliteitsmanagement, planning e.a.. Deze ‘on the field’ training wordt aangevuld door een individueel opleidingsprogramma waarbij techniek en individuele coaching centraal staan. Na deze opleidingsperiode kun je doorgroeien tot een functie die aansluit bij jouw interesses en potentieel. Dit kan zowel in een hiërarchische functie als en staffunctie zijn.
**Profiel**:
**Je hebt een technische bachelor
- of masteropleiding voltooid en hebt bij voorkeur enige ervaring.**
Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels. Andere talenkennis is een troef.
Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht, werkt analytisch en gestructureerd.
Je bent een coachende teamspeler en goede communicator. Je bent flexibel, zowel in denken als in doen.
