Onze klant, een internationale speler die actief is in de bouw en architectuur, is op zoek naar een Master Data Officer om het team in regio Kontich te vervoegen. Als Master Data Officer speel je een cruciale rol in het onderhouden van artikelgegevens in de CPQ-software (Configure Price Quote). Hier zijn de belangrijkste taken die je uitvoert:
- Prijslijsten bijwerken: Je houdt de prijslijsten voor verschillende markten up-to-date door regelmatig actuele bestanden te importeren uit het ERP-systeem. Het is essentieel om de vastgestelde procedures nauwgezet te volgen.
- Logbestanden controleren: Je analyseert de logbestanden die voortkomen uit de importprocedure en controleert op discrepanties.
- Tekeningen koppelen: Nieuwe artikelen worden gelinkt aan bijbehorende tekeningen.
- Aanvullen van extra gegevensvelden: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle relevante datavelden volledig zijn ingevuld.
- Databankupdates verzenden: Je stuurt databankupdates naar verschillende markten en vult ontbrekende gegevens aan. Dit omvat:
- Contact onderhouden met marktvertegenwoordigers en de juiste timing afstemmen.
- Voorbereiden en verzenden van geüpdatete bestanden.
- Een overzicht bijhouden van de updates per markt en logbestanden opstellen op basis van aangepaste gegevens.
- Toevoegen van specifieke data:
- CE-data: Je voegt CE-gegevens toe op basis van testresultaten in CE-paspoorten.
- Uf-waarden (thermische isolatie): Deze waarden worden berekend en ingevoerd, waarna je steekproeven uitvoert om de nauwkeurigheid te controleren.
- Datakwaliteit verbeteren: Je signaleert trends, rapporteert bugs en escaleert risico’s om de datakwaliteit continu te verbeteren en toekomstige onvolledigheden te voorkomen. Daarnaast doe je voorstellen om de data-invoer te vereenvoudigen.
- Collega’s ondersteunen: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s met vragen over data-invoer, artikelgegevens, CE- of Uf-waarden. Je biedt ook proactief advies aan stakeholders om gezamenlijk te blijven verbeteren.
- Klachten en opmerkingen evalueren: Je verzamelt klachten en opmerkingen, bespreekt deze met technische collega’s en werkt samen aan continu verbetering.
**Jouw profiel**
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent nauwkeurig en analytisch
