Ter versterking van ons financiële team zijn we op zoek naar een ambitieuze Group Tax Manager. Wie zoeken wij? Als Group Tax Manager ben jij de stuurman of -vrouw van onze fiscale strategie. Je hebt een centrale rol in het beheren van alle fiscale aspecten van onze organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van belastingvoorschriften, het ontwikkelen van geavanceerde fiscale strategieën en het verstrekken van deskundig advies aan ons managementteam. Deze uitdagende positie in een internationale omgeving is geschikt voor een ervaren belastingprofessional die streft naar niets minder dan fiscale uitmuntendheid en strategische belastingplanning.**Jouw profiel**:
- Wie ben jij?
- Als de belastinggoeroe van onze groep ben je verantwoordelijk voor de fiscale naleving van de gehele organisatie.
- Je bent de architect van onze fiscale strategieën, die bedoeld zijn om de belastingpositie van onze organisatie te optimaliseren.
- Je zorgt voor de naleving van nationale en internationale belastingvoorschriften en -rapportages.
- Je bent de fiscale adviseur voor de financiële teams in onze diverse investeringsplatformen.
- Je biedt helder inzicht in de belastingimplicaties van zakelijke beslissingen en transacties aan ons managementteam.
- Je beheert nauwgezet de relaties met belastingautoriteiten en externe belastingadviseurs.
- Je blijft altijd op de hoogte van veranderingen in belastingwetten en -voorschriften die van invloed kunnen zijn op onze groep.
- Je speurt naar fiscale incentives en subsidies die onze organisatie kunnen versterken
Kwalificaties:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma op zak.
- Jouw ervaring in tax management is zeer ruim, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving.
- Je beschikt over grondige kennis van nationale en internationale belastingwetgeving en -praktijken.
- Je bent een uitstekende analyticus met een neus voor problemsolving.
- Je blinkt uit in communicatie en kunt complexe fiscale concepten glashelder uitleggen.
- Je hebt een proactieve benadering en bent in staat om zelfstandig met fiscale vraagstukken om te gaan.
