**Beschrijving**
Initieer, ontwikkel en lever cross-functionele projecten/programma's in samenwerking met de verschillende Talent teams en HR Business Partners.
- Identificeer behoeften (HR en business via HR Business Partners).
- projecten/programma's te ontwikkelen om aan deze behoeften te voldoen (bv. Digitale Academie, Young Graduate Program, enz.).
- Uitvoeren van projecten/programma's van concept tot uitvoering.
- De verschillende HR-stakeholders (presentaties aan de COMDIR/HR-teams) en de business (directeuren of managers) rond deze projecten/programma's verenigen.
- Wees de SPOC van deze projecten/programma's voor HR en de business.
- Opvolgen en deel uitmaken van een continu verbeteringsproces.
- Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van eenvoudige, directe en relevante communicatieplannen om te zorgen voor interne en/of externe zichtbaarheid van projecten op het juiste moment.
- Zorg voor een cross-functionele, innovatieve en digitale aanpak van alle projecten.
- De integratie van Talent Management in andere HR-onderwerpen (rekrutering, onboarding, loopbaantraject, performance management...) koppelen en aanmoedigen.
- Nieuwe instrumenten en processen ontwikkelen om werknemers te activeren en hen te ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling (bv. talentcyclus) en/of bestaande instrumenten en processen verbeteren.
- Deelnemen aan projecten in verband met bedrijfscultuur en -betrokkenheid om expertise te verstrekken over het onderdeel veranderingsmanagement.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de verschillende HR-teams op een transversale en coherente manier werken om de werknemerservaring te garanderen.
**Profile**
- U hebt een Master/Bachelordiploma (bv. pedagogie/psychologie/sociologie,...) of een aanzienlijke ervaring op het gebied van HR, bv. in projectmanagement.
- U beschikt over zeer goede talenkennis: zeer goede tweetaligheid Frans/Nederlands, goede beheersing van het Engels.
- U beschikt over uitstekende communicatie
- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden op alle niveaus.
- Je hebt een goed gevoel voor synthese en creativiteit.
- Je bent klant
- en servicegericht.
- Je hebt een dorst om voortdurend te leren.
- Je hebt een strategische en analytische visie.
