**You will join our Strategic Sustainability Consulting division in Ramboll Management Consulting**
You will join a dynamic and growing department with a high professional drive and strong team spirit. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team of consultants who provide strategy and policy consultancy to the European institutions and agencies, NGOs, industry associations, investment banks, as well as various national and regional authorities in France and Belgium.
As a Management Consultancy within Ramboll, our projects are often characterised by bridging deep technical expertise and commercial understanding specialising in business and policy advice to stakeholders, especially within our focus domains Energy, Climate, Environment, Infrastructure, Buildings and Sustainable Societies.
You will work continuously with our colleagues in our Strategic Sustainability Consulting division and have access to a global pool of technical expertise in Ramboll Group throughout Europe and worldwide.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Taking a leading role in the fields of climate mitigation, contributing to the design, evaluation and implementation of climate and energy policies and strategies, and providing thought leadership and evidence-based advisory on climate transition to our clients.
- Designing and coordinating consultancy projects; to this end, you will plan and execute data collection and evidence gathering activities, stakeholder consultations, strategy and planning processes, and analyses spanning multiple sectors and countries.
- Building relationships with our clients and stakeholders, maintaining our network of partners and experts
- Identifying and developing new opportunities, by communicating on our activities, monitoring the market, coordinating and drafting proposals, and pitching clients.
- Being responsible for the management of projects and project teams; your responsibilities will cover the whole project cycle, from project initiation to completion.

- A Master's degree in energy, environmental science, sustainability, economics and/or business studies
- For Senior Consultant level, five years of relevant work experience, including three years' professional experience in a consultancy dealing with climate, and successful work experience with project management and/or business development responsibilities
- Knowledge of national and EU regulations relating to energy and climate : Fit for 55 package, ETS, EPBD, Taxonomy in the EU; Loi de programmation sur l'énergie et le climat (LPEC) and local regulatory and non-regulatory climate-related plans, tools or methods (PCAET, SRCAE, Approche Environnementale de l’Urbanisme, Quartier Energie Carbone, Programme Territoire Engagé Transition Ecologique, etc.) in France
- Experience in real estate, buildings, and/or industries, including regulations, sustainability frameworks and certifications schemes in these fields (CPD, SBTi, CRREM, sustainability standards and certifications)
- Experience in winning proposals and delivering projects with multi-disciplinary teams, multiple locations, and several partners
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and drive change by taking initiative and demonstrating high motivation
- Fluent in French and English
