To support the build-out and rapid growth of argenx in Europe, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with growth potential to join the team.
The HR Business Partner will co-develop the people strategy to support the EMEA leaders in setting priorities, driving values and delivering business results in alignment with the overall business strategy. Reporting to the HR Lead for EMEA, the HR Business Partner will work closely together with functional leaders, executives and HR colleagues across the organization.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
Your primary areas of focus are:
- You will be the primary HR contact for the Country Managers in the European organization, creating an end-to-end people strategy to support business priorities
- You will take responsibility for Talent Acquisition & Onboarding for the country teams
- You will be involved in the organization design and development, in close collaboration with the HR Lead for Europe and the business
- You will consult, support and coach leaders in all matters related to people management, building effective team(s) and supporting team/organizational changes
- You will support the business leaders in driving team performance/effectiveness and talent management, advocating an open feedback culture
- You will play an active role in co-creating and optimizing future-proof HR processes in line with the company’s growth and needs
- You will partner with HR colleagues - across regions and functions - to ensure one HR voice and aligned ways of working on topics such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Culture
- You are a key contributor to drive and sustain One Company Culture
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Demonstrated experience and excellence in HR Business Partnership, preferably in a rapidly growing innovation driven company (Talent Acquisition & Development, Organization Development, Culture)
- Experience in biotech/pharma and a passion for the healthcare industry is a plus
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent by experience
- You are a connector, building relationships and partnering across the organization to achieve the company goals
- You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly accountable environment
- You are pragmatic, yet creative and innovative and lead while "rolling up your sleeves" to get it done
- You show strong leadership with proven ability to build, motivate and develop a team
- You resonate with the values of argenx and you are ready to drive the Company Culture
- You combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute, both individually and by leading teams, to achieve operational excellence in the face of challenging goals
- You are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
