**De organisatie**:
As a Project Manager at Tein Technology, you will lead a team of project engineers, customer engineers, and solutions architects, with support from the Account Manager. You will take charge of your projects, coordinating clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal experts.

You will have a dual role, managing projects both from a business and technical perspective. You will report to the Business Unit Manager, keeping them informed of project status, potential risks, and technical issues through PM highlight reports, project risk registers, and ERP systems and project management tools.

**De functie**:
In this role, you will also be responsible for:

- Being the primary technical point of contact for clients,
engaging with them to understand their needs and requirements, which you will
then communicate to your team.
- Collaborating with the project team to define the project
approach and develop detailed implementation plans.
- Monitoring and managing potential risks throughout the
project lifecycle.
- Resolving technical issues, escalating them to suppliers
when necessary.
- Working with the Account Manager to detect, generate, and
manage change requests, and presenting these to the client.
- Ensuring that the quality of deliverables meets the project
scope and budget.
- Supporting sales by providing operational advice during the
tender stage (planning, installation budget, project approach, etc.).

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- A systematic and analytical approach, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, and meeting skills.
- Knowledge of technological, business, and HR issues.
- Experience in industrial engineering in electronics/ICT, or a technical Master’s degree.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCEII (certification a plus), and experience with tools such as MSP, Teamwork, or Niku.
