**TOEGANGSVOORWAARDEN**:
Je bent houder van een **bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring**: eerste ervaring van minstens 3 jaar in een administratieve omgeving waarin o.a. het beheer van masterdata belangrijk is (bv. Logistiek, verkeer, production planning, enz.)

**DE JOB**:
**Je voert volgende taken uit**:
Je onderhoudt volgende masterdata:

- database met de globale-infrastructuur-gegevens van het netwerk van Infrabel. Je volgt de wijzigingen aan de infrastructuur nauwgezet op en analyseert deze gegevens. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige invoer van deze gegevens in de daarvoor voorziene applicatie.
- gegevens Technische Tabel van de Lijnen (databank met de aanbevolen maximale lasten)
- lijst van de dienstvoorzieningen die Infrabel aanbiedt in haar installaties (Your Facilities), alsook de technische kenmerken van de sporen die tot deze installaties behoren.

Je geeft ondersteuning aan je collega “Service facilities Demands Controller” zodat dat de capaciteit in de dienst-voorzieningen van Infrabel wordt toegewezen:

- op een evenwichtige en niet-discriminerende wijze in overeenstemming met de Europese richtlijnen en de omzetting ervan naar het Belgische recht;
- binnen de opgelegde deadlines
- rekening houdend met de vervoersbehoefte van de kandidaten

Je vervult de rol van key-user voor o.a. volgende applicaties:

- UPM (planning rijpaden en werken)
- Book IN (beheer rijpadaanvragen)
- Time In (database met geplande rijpaden)

Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader “ServiceFacilities-Processes-Tools”.

**Technische competenties**
- Ervaring met het beheer van masterdata is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van het Belgische Spoornet is een troef.
- Ervaring met het lezen van SSP of het plannen van treindienst is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
- Je kan goed analyseren en een oordeel vormen op basis van gegevens.
- Je neemt initiatief.
- Je communiceert vlot en houdt van samenwerken.
- Plannen, organiseren en data verzamelen is je tweede natuur

De werkzetel bevindt zich vlakbij het station van Brussel-Zuid.
