**What you will do**:
At Volvo Financial Services Belux you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
- Be responsible for the sales in Belux, including setting targets (growth, margin, and penetration rate) of our financing and insurance services.
- Be able to bring out the best in your team. You have confidence in everyone’s expertise and are able to naturally bring others along in the vision of our Captive Business.
- Be responsible for the fleet sales in cooperation with the business areas.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers, dealers, and the Volvo group Business areas. In addition, you also ensure a good internal relationship with the other departments and answer internal questions about dealers and customers.
**Your future team**:
In this role you will manage a team of 8 employees, working with them to ensure excellent performance at our dealers. With this team, we take on the challenge of achieving growth in our business daily.
**Who are you?**:

- At least a master's degree in economics, or equivalent through experience
- Extensive commercial work experience in selling financial products and managing a good customer portfolio through a dealer network.
- Experience with/or ambitions to manage a Sales team.
- Excellent command of the Dutch, French and English language, both verbally and in writing.
Work experience and professional knowledge are absolutely necessary for this position. However, your personality determines whether you are truly successful within Volvo Financial Services. You can make a difference yourself.
