We offer you this unique opportunity to go through the entire finance cycle from A (Accounts Payable) to Z (Controlling) over a period of 18 months. You will also get the opportunity to work on challenging (international) projects

**What to expect?**:
We make sure you get a steap learning curve by providing you experiences within 2 streams:

- 50% of your time will be spent gaining (operational) experience within our various Finance sub-departments. This way, you will get to know the ins&outs, learn how these different departments interact and get a 360° view of the entire Finance department. An overview of the different departments where you will be immersed:

- Accounts Payable: process supplier invoices, follow up the internal approval flow, liaise with suppliers, make payments
- Accounts Receivable: process customer invoices, handle customer enquiries, process incoming payments
- Credit Collection: follow up on overdue payments, decide on credit limits and payment solutions, devise solutions in cooperation with the sales department
- General Ledger Accounting: general ledger fixed assets, execute monthly/quarterly/annual closures, assist with audits
- Treasury: execute FX hedging, internal and external financing, cash flow forecasting, ComFin, capital structure reviews
- Plant or Commercial Controlling: first steps into budgeting, reporting and business partnering in a plant or commercial organization
- The other 50% of your traineeship will be spent working on projects such as analytical assignments (eg. Building a simulation model, building a business case,) or taking up challenges and improvement initiatives within the broader Finance team.

In this role, we offer you a permanent contract, because after your 18 month traineeship, you will take up a position in one of our finance subteams. You will mainly work from our sites in Ninove and Haaltert, but we are also happy to offer you a unique opportunity to undertake an international project at one of our European sites

- Newly graduated young potentials who are hungry for it
- Masters in Economics e.g. TEW / Commercial Engineering or -Science but other entrants are also welcome
