Application Architect Angular

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and shape the framework based on requirements from architecture, business, UX experts, and security.
- Uphold a high level of quality for the framework, setting the standard for excellence.
- Coach and guide developers on how to effectively utilize the framework in their projects.
- Thoroughly document the framework, ensuring its accessibility and ease of use.
- Review and assess code to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to refine features and continuously improve the framework.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and security measures to ensure the framework's relevance and security.
- Foster a culture of productivity and excellence within the development teams.
- Establish and enforce governance principles to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building frameworks used across multiple products.
- Solid understanding of Agile Values and Principles, with a **Scrum Master certification** being advantageous.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, demonstrating motivation and driving results.
- Proficient in facilitation and problem-solving, enabling seamless collaboration within the team.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
