One of our partners in the facility management sector is actively looking for a HR Business Partner near Machelen.

Our partner improves the working environment of its clients. By providing a quality service to companies internationally, they have become a reference in this sector. They are currently looking to expand their HR team. As a HR Business Partner, you will join a team of 3 other HR BP to help them to deal with hard and soft HR daily issues.

Function:

- With a good overview of the company’s global strategy, you implement the different HR structural solutions in collaboration with the district managers of the different Business Units
- You are the main point of contact for both your internal colleagues and external partners (social secretariats, temporary agencies, etc.). You understand and analyse their HR requirements and provide solutions in line with the company’s strategy
- In collaboration with the various HR departments (payroll, legal, compensation & benefits, prevention, etc.), you work on the various soft and hard HR issues
- You are the guarantor of a pleasant social climate by facilitating communication at all levels in the company

**Profile**:

- A degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Business Partner position are required
- To optimise communication with all your colleagues, you are fluent in both national languages (French and Dutch), knowledge of English is a plus
- Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of Belgian social and labour law, you are able to communicate on the issues of the day.
- You are able to work independently in a team or on your own, so that you are able to structure the implementation of various HR projects and processes
