**Objectives and tasks**
In the role of housekeeping supervisor you take care of the day to day operations leaded by the housekeeping manager. During your shift you are responsible for the quality of service, products and our guest’s satisfaction. Your main task will be to inspect and report upon room cleaning quality, organize the housekeeping team tasks, assist the housekeeping manager in projects and day to day operations.
As part of the housekeeping team you ensure high standards which are met to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences. Along with the housekeeping team you carry out special requests from guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and club members. You will also help in lost and found properties, and report in case of maintenance and technical issues.
**The perfect match**
You have a genuine interest for hospitality and assisting guests. You preferable have previous housekeeping experience(s) in a similar hotel and similar position.
You possess excellent grooming standards, excellent communication skills. You are self-confident and open minded. You live with a true hospitality DNA and a fun person to work with. You look smart and let us look smart - wear your uniform with pride and make sure your colleagues do the same.
