- Je speelt een sleutelrol in het creëren van nieuwe applicaties en It-componenten. Je bent betrokken vanaf de formulering van behoeften tot en met de oplevering van de oplossing.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en onderhouden van architectuurmodellen en -documenten.
- Je voert een gedetailleerde analyse uit van de vereisten en werkt samen met de klant, domeinarchitecten en infrastructuurarchitecten om geschikte oplossingen te vinden en de architectuur op te stellen. Hiervoor sta je voortdurend in contact met een groot aantal partners.
- Je levert technische expertise bij de ontwikkeling, operationalisering en verbetering van ICT-processen, -gegevens, -toepassingen en -diensten.
- Je beheert de architectuur van je project(en) van A tot Z, vanaf de vereisten in de business case tot en met de acceptatietesten en oplevering.
- Je gebruikt de nodige modellen en methoden om architecturen in kaart te brengen en het ontwerp van nieuwe systemen te ondersteunen afhankelijk van je oriëntatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen consistent zijn met architectuurprincipes en passen in de algemene architectuur.
- Je helpt service
- en applicatiemanagers bij het vinden van oplossingen voor complexe problemen.
- Je werkt binnen een gemeenschap van architecten om nieuwe vaardigheden te delen en te ontwikkelen.
- Je speelt een actieve rol in het opzetten van data governance.
Bij de uitoefening van deze functie kom je mogelijk in contact met publiek.
**Werkgever**:
Er zijn **5 vacante plaatsen (NL of FR)** bij de** pijler Service Delivery** van de **Stafdienst Informatie
- en Communicatietechnologie** (ICT)** van de **FOD Financiën** **in** Brussel (Koning Albert II-laan 33, 1030 Brussel).**
De** pijler Service Delivery** maakt softwaretoepassingen ten behoeve van de algemene administraties of andere stafdiensten. In nauwe samenwerking met hen worden de functionele noden bepaald, nieuwe diensten geïdentificeerd en bestaande diensten verbeterd. De pijler Service Delivery verzekert daarbij de kwaliteit en de continuïteit van de aangeboden toepassingen. Dit gebeurt steeds in overeenstemming met de business en binnen de grenzen van de toegekende budgetten en met de focus op klanttevredenheid. Kleine multidisciplinaire agile teams zijn verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, testen, documenteren en onderhouden van de programma's, systemen en databanken.
De** Stafdienst ICT** verschaft een informatiesysteem aan de lijndiensten dat hen in staat stelt hun strategische doelstellingen te verwezenlijken. Voor het behalen van deze doelstellingen stelt de business vereisten aan het informatiesysteem volgens een aantal criteria: doelmatigheid, efficiëntie, vertrouwelijkheid, integriteit, beschikbaarheid, conformiteit en betrouwbaarheid.
De Stafdienst ICT verzekert een doelmatige ICT-ondersteuning voor alle diensten van de FOD Financiën. Dit omvat:
- het verwerven en het verzekeren van de beschikbaarheid van infrastructuur, gaande van bureauticamaterieel en randapparatuur over telecommunicatie tot en met serverplatformen;
- het verwerven en beschikbaar stellen van aangepaste software, gaande van typische bureauticatoepassingen over generieke software tot en met ontwikkeling van specifieke bedrijfstoepassingen;
- het definiëren, uitbouwen en respecteren van de ICT-standaarden en fundamenten.

**Loon**:
Minimum aanvangswedde: € 66.051,96 (bruto jaarsalaris, reeds aangepast aan de huidige index, reglementaire toelagen niet inbegrepen).
