Our client is active in the** consultancy sector.**
**The responsibilities** for this function as **recruitment officer** are:
- In close collaboration with Operational departments / Project managers, search for experts in the frame of our proposals or ongoing projects;
- Search using internal databases, LinkedIn and other recruitment sites;
- Participation in the management of the internal databases of experts (including update of individual files);
- Administrative support to operational departments / project officers.
**The required qualifications** for the position as **recruitment officer** are:
- You have minimum 3 years of professional experience with at least 1 experience in a recruitment position;
- You have a very good command of French and English (written and oral); knowledge of another language will be an asset;
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office;
- You are highly organized and have attention to details;
- You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- You have sense of responsibilities and you are able to work autonomously.
