Vous avez l'habitude de lancer des campagnes de sensibilisation? Garantir la sécurité au travail est un de vos principaux combats ? Alors, ce job est fait pour vous.Vous serez capable de:

- Surveiller la mise en œuvre rigoureuse des mesures conformément à la législation sur le bien-être ;
- Contribuer à la préparation des sites en matière de sécurité ;
- Assister dans l'élaboration de documents conformes aux réglementations environnementales et à la législation en vigueur ;
- Fournir des conseils pertinents sur les méthodes de travail, l'utilisation d'équipements, le choix des matériaux, etc., en identifiant les mesures appropriées en fonction des risques spécifiques ;
- Effectuer des visites sur site afin de:

- Identifier les risques potentiels d'accidents et améliorer les mesures de sécurité existantes ; -Garantir la mise en œuvre correcte des directives et le respect de la politique de prévention de l'entreprise ; -Vérifier la conformité aux consignes de sécurité ; -Préparer les activités et travaux à venir, anticiper les besoins, etc. ;
- Apporter un soutien aux sites en cas d'accident du travail : gestion des contacts externes, rédaction de rapports détaillés, analyse approfondie de l'accident, mise en place de mesures de sécurité supplémentaires, etc.

**Ce que nous demandons de vous**:
Hard skill:

- Vous détenez un diplôme de bachelier ou de master en tant que conseiller en prévention de niveau 1 (ou niveau 2 prêt à suivre une formation de niveau 1 à court terme);
- Votre maîtrise du français est exceptionnelle, et vous possédez une bonne compréhension du néerlandais;
- Vous avez une solide connaissance de la législation en matière de sécurité et de bien-être au travail, ainsi qu'une familiarité avec les normes de certification, incluant le VCA;
- Votre parcours professionnel comprend une expérience significative d'au moins 10 ans dans une fonction similaire;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils de la suite Office, en particulier Excel;
Soft skill:

- Doté de compétences communicationnelles affirmées, vous excellez dans la persuasion et la motivation.
- Une expertise technique dans les secteurs de l'énergie et/ou de la construction est un atout appréciable;
