Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de banksector.

De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden van de KYC/Compliance Administrative Assistant zijn als volgt:

- U beoordeelt signaleringen van transacties die waarschijnlijk te maken hebben met witwassen, sancties en/of financiering van terrorisme. Indien nodig neem je contact op met de klant.
- U zorgt ervoor dat zaken tijdig en correct worden afgehandeld.
- U onderzoekt transacties die van invloed kunnen zijn op sanctiebepalingen.
- U bent een aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie voor kwesties met betrekking tot witwassen, fraude of terrorismefinanciering.

Vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn onder andere:

- U spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands
- Kennis van het Engels is essentieel
- U bent een snelle leerling en hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma (in management, economie, criminologie, rechten, enz.).
- Eerste ervaring in KYC en/of Compliance is essentieel.
- U hebt interesse in financiële en bancaire producten (wetgeving inzake witwassen en financiering van terrorisme) en/of de motivatie om meer te leren over de bancaire sector.
- U bent klantgericht en werkt graag in teamverband.
- U bent flexibel en werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving.
- U hebt een analytische en kritische geest en bent goed in het herkennen van patronen en afwijkingen.
- U bent verantwoordelijk en eerlijk.
