BI & Data Analyst

Dreaming about exploring the data understanding how the business works? Do you enjoy telling a story around data? Do you enjoy figuring out how to calculate the needed KPI? Medi-Market GROUP is currently looking for a Data Analyst with Power BI who can support our customers by telling a story around data by creating reports and dashboards.

As Data Analyst with Power BI, you will be a crucial part of our key projects for our data solutions. You will be in front of the business team understanding their need, creating the correct report and guiding our Data Engineer to prepare properly the needed data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a BI Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience modeling a datawarehouse/datamart in Star Schema
- Experience with others data modeling techniques like data vault, Merise/3NF is a plus
- Hands-on experience with BI and Power BI or any others reporting tools (Tableau,)
- Data pipeline experience with some Azure data tools (Azure Data Factory, Databricks,) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- You’re fluent in French and proficient in English. Knowledge of Italian and/or Dutch is a plus
