- Describe business processes, including KPI’s and suggest improvements. Derive and document business needs and requirements.
- Translating business needs and requirements into detailed functional analysis. Including user stories, mockups.
- Estimate of the workload required to achieve functionality in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Review and analysis of "requests for change".
- Analysis of the impact of proposed solutions.
- Align and review with technical analysts and developers.
- Align and review with testing roles.
- Innovations, efficiency gains, process improvements,...
- Stimulate and support the developers.

**Functie eisen**:**Requirements**:

- Experience as analyst, using techniques such as requirements gathering, gap analysis, impact analysis, functional analysis, writing user stories, epics, business rules, UML, BPMN, Archimate, definition of user acceptance criteria, evaluation of test scenarios.
- Experience with domain models, logical model, component diagrams, sequence diagrams, object diagrams, design patterns, UML, data flow diagrams,...
- Experience in the supply chain domain.
- Proven working experience as project manager for the full lifecycle of IT projects.
- Experience in working in agile environments while delivering projects at a certain agreed deadline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience in the tools like JIRA, confluence, Enterprise Architect, Balsamiq, DBeaver, etc. is a plus.
- Expertise with analysis in a service-oriented environment is a plus
- Can-do mentality and flexibility is a must.
