**_ Karapass_**, een dochteronderneming van BNP Paribas, is een van de belangrijkste spelers in de retailsector bij de verkoop van nieuwe uitgebreide garantieaanbiedingen aan het grote publiek.

Om hun verkoopteam op de Belgische markt te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een **Product & Sales Trainer** (Junior ) voor **Fnac & Vandenborre in Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant en Limburg**.

Als **Sales trainer**, ben je de ambassadeur van de producten _van Karapass_ bij de verkopers van de Fnac & Vandenborre-winkels in Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant en Limburg met het doel om de verkoop van bijkomende diensten van het merk te verhogen.

**Je belangrijkste taken zijn**:

- Het verzekeren van een voortdurende opleiding van de producten "Karapass" bij verkopers van Fnac & Vandenborre.
- Het bieden van gepersonaliseerde coaching aan verkopers van Fnac & Vandenborre.
- Het adviseren van verkopers van Fnac & Vandenborre over de meest geschikte garantieverzekering voor de gekochte producten.
- Het stimuleren van de verkoop door verkopers van Fnac & Vandenborre te assisteren en adviseren om de kwaliteit en het succes van het verkoopproces te waarborgen.
- Het uitvoeren van alle noodzakelijke acties om de gestelde doelen te bereiken.
- Het geven van feedback aan de manager over haar activiteiten en informatie die verzameld is in het veld (rapportage).

**Het gezochte profiel**:

- Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een plus.
- Je bent een sociaal persoon die mensen gemakkelijk kan enthousiasmeren.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en weet zaken te realiseren.
- Je bent sterk in organisatie en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.
- Je gaat graag de uitdaging aan om keer op keer je targets te behalen of zelfs te overtreffen.
- Ervaring in de verkoop van consumentenelektronica en/of ervaring bij Fnac/Vandenborre is een pluspunt.
- Je bent autonoom en georganiseerd.
