Collections Specialist

**Location: Sint-Niklaas, Belgium **I Number of hours: 31.2-39 I Level: Bachelor/Master**

Are you a financial master mind and looking for a new challenge with the opportunity to grow more within the company? We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Belgium Office and support our European revenue collections.

**What you will be doing**
As a Collections Specialist your responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to customers, answering customers’ questions and issues with invoices, and helping with office administration with the collection, office mail, and office items supplies.

You know how to build relationships with customers and maintain them that will allow you to move faster in the future with them. Also, you keep an eye on current items and make sure they get handled in time, you do this by keeping up to date the customer data base. Handling customers is 90% of your role, your other 10% is office administration at our Belgium office.

Furthermore we ask;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Previous collections specialist experience;
- Working in the office two days minimum per week.

We are looking for someone who resides in Belgium, as you will be working from our Belgium office in Sint-Niklaas.
