Als leider op de Belgische corporate markt beschikken we over een complex landschap van processen en applicaties

Het IT P&C Corporate Agreements & Financials team is verantwoordelijk voor het verschaffen en ondersteunen van voornamelijk mainframe applicaties voor het behandelen van contracten.

Als Technical Lead kom je terecht in het P&C Corporate Agreements & Financials team, waar je je bezig zult houden met activiteiten betreffende projecten en onderhoud. Je rol bestaat erin om de technische 'referentie' te zijn voor alle verschillende stakeholders, de oplevering van de ontwikkeling op te volgen, de technische oplossing te challengen, maar ook een ondersteuning te zijn bij het testen van de functies die ons ontwikkelingsteam aflevert voordat ze aan de business worden bezorgd. Je bent het contactpunt voor alle ontwikkelaars en systeemanalisten om reviews te realiseren, maar ook richtlijnen te geven voor technische oplevering.

**Jouw taken**

Als Technical Lead Mainframe in het P&C Corporate Agreements product team:

- verstrek je richtlijnen aan het team betreffende de ontwikkeling maar ook de technische oplossingen die moeten worden doorgevoerd
- challenge je technische oplossingen met architectuur op transversale projecten
- ben je het technische contactpunt in het productteam, met product lead maar ook architecture en andere IT-teams
- beoordeel je de ontwikkeling in de context van een project
- ben je je bewust van alle technische veranderingen die moeten worden doorgevoerd (bijv.: wijzigingen database)
- zorg je voor de gepaste maturiteit van de vereisten alvorens ze door te geven aan het testteam
- ondersteun je het testteam in de voorbereiding van de data en technische valideringen
- geef je op tijd leveringsrisico's door en werk je aan een oplossing voor defecten/problemen
- ondersteun je de vlotte overgang van applicatieproject naar onderhoud door de applicatie(s) te documenteren

**Jouw Profiel**
Voor deze functie als Technical Lead verwachten we van jou:

- Technische kennis over Mainframe tools + Cobol
- Dat je vloeiend Frans en Engels spreekt - Nederlands is een troef
- Dat je in het bezit bent van een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig
- Dat je stressbestendig en resultaatgericht
- Dat je leergierig bent
- Ervaring in de functie (min. 5 jaar)
- Een functionele kennis van het P&C verzekeringsdomein is vereist
