Le service Career, Talent & Pay de HR Rail couvre toutes les activités liées à la gestion administrative de la carrière et de la rémunération du personnel ferroviaire. Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un Data
- & Business Analyst doté d'une attitude flexible et d'un esprit analytique.
En tant que Data Analyst Reporting, d'une part, vous serez chargé de fournir en temps utile et avec précision des informations précieuses et utiles pour soutenir la direction dans le processus décisionnel et le fonctionnement quotidien des services opérationnels des RH.
D'autre part, en tant que Business Analyst Career & Mobility, vous êtes chargé de soutenir les processus de mobilité interne et de soins médicaux, de soutenir les processus opérationnels et de fournir un soutien fonctionnel à l'entreprise.
- Vous travaillez dans une équipe de business analystes, en étroite collaboration avec les utilisateurs finaux, les data et business analystes d'autres domaines RH ainsi que les spécialistes informatiques.
- Vous soutenez les processus de carrière en mettant en place un système de reporting efficace.
- Vous identifiez les besoins et les questions de la direction et de l'entreprise dans le but d'obtenir une image précise des besoins, afin de pouvoir déterminer quelles informations et données sont pertinentes.
- Vous contrôlez la qualité des données, vous recherchez les causes des écarts et faites des propositions d'amélioration.
- Vous suivez les changements de processus, les interfaces et les évolutions des outils informatiques et supervisez les ajustements de notre système SAP pour améliorer la gestion administrative et les rapports existants.
- Vous analysez les changements réglementaires et les documents techniques et êtes capable de les intégrer dans les analyses et les rapports existants.
- Vous soutenez les processus de carrière, identifiez les possibilités d'amélioration des processus, standardisez les méthodes de travail et les mettez en œuvre.
- Vous élaborez des scénarios de tests fonctionnels, effectuez les tests nécessaires et validez les résultats.
- Vous rédigez des instructions et des manuels de travail et vous assistez les utilisateurs finaux dans vos domaines.
