**CUSO INTERNATIONAL EN RDC**
Cuso International est une organisation internationale non gouvernementale de développement (ONGI) basée au Canada. Depuis plus de 50 ans, nous travaillons avec des organisations partenaires locales pour contribuer à la réduction de la pauvreté et des inégalités. Les secteurs prioritaires de Cuso International sont la santé, la croissance économique inclusive et durable, l’égalité des genres et l’inclusion sociale. Nous mettons en œuvre des programmes dans une vingtaine de pays en Afrique, Asie, Amérique latine et dans les Caraïbes.
Cuso International soutient la République démocratique du Congo dans ses efforts pour alimenter une croissance économique durable et améliorer l’égalité des genres et l’inclusion sociale.
Cuso International est présente en République démocratique du Congo depuis 2014, et la mise en œuvre des projets VOICE et MSL (_Midwives Save Lives_), aujourd’hui clôturés. Depuis avril 2020, Cuso International exécute le projet **SHARE** (_Sharing Canadian Expertise for Inclusive Development and Gender Equality_ / _Partager l’expertise canadienne en matière de développement inclusif et d’égalité des sexes_) dans 10 pays, dont l’objectif est d’améliorer le bien-être économique et social des plus pauvres et des plus marginalisés, en particulier des femmes et des filles.
Dans le cadre de ce projet, Cuso International intervient principalement par l’affectation de professionnels internationaux, de membres de la diaspora congolaise vivant à l’étranger et de conseillers techniques nationaux, qui collaborent avec ses partenaires (organisations de la société civile, institutions étatiques ) pour assurer la prestation de projets.
Ses conseillers techniques sont des coopérants-volontaires hautement qualifiés, habituellement des professionnels au mitan de leur carrière, déterminés à partager leurs connaissances, expériences et idées novatrices dans le cadre de relations de mentorat. Les coopérants-volontaires travailleront dans les bureaux des partenaires de Cuso International à Kinshasa, à Boma et à Bukavu.
**MISSION PRINCIPALE**
Sous la supervision de la Représentante nationale, le/la Project Officer SHARE sera responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion du projet SHARE en République Démocratique du Congo.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
Gestion de projet
- Analyser le contexte congolais en matière de développement afin d’en acquérir une solide compréhension. Repérer les nouvelles tendances et possibilités de partenariat et/ou de développement de programmes et/ou de financement.
- Obtenir une large adhésion à l’endroit de Cuso International et de son projet SHARE en RDC en établissant des partenariats avec différents acteurs stratégiques (organismes gouvernementaux locaux et nationaux, entreprises du secteur privé, organismes de la société civile et ONG internationales), et en représentant le projet lors d’événements, ateliers, conférences et autres occasions de réseautage.
- Préparer les budgets et les plans de travail annuels du projet SHARE en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires, le Bureau Pays et le bureau d’Ottawa.
- Assurer la mise en œuvre efficace et opportune des activités du projet, conformément aux budgets et aux plans de travail annuels, et proposer des stratégies d’atténuation, si nécessaire.
- Contribuer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre du cadre de suivi, d’évaluation, de reddition des comptes et d’apprentissage (SERA) du projet; préparer les rapports narratifs et participer à l’élaboration des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels, semestriels et/ou annuels destinés aux équipes d’Ottawa et aux donateurs (notamment en recueillant l’information nécessaire auprès des partenaires du projet).
- Veiller à l’intégration efficace des principes d’égalité homme-femme et d’inclusion sociale dans toutes les activités du projet.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’égalité de genre et d’inclusion sociale en coordination avec la spécialiste Genre du bureau de Cuso à Ottawa.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication du projet en coordination avec ses partenaires et l’équipe de communications du bureau de Cuso à Ottawa (notamment en partageant toute information pertinente en lien avec les activités du projet).
