**Omscrhijving**:
De afdeling van onze klant heeft als doel verontreinigde gronden tijdig op te sporen en te saneren waar nodig. Het eerste bodemsaneringsdecreet van 1995 bevatte reeds deze doelstelling.
De bestaande computertoepassing die momenteel wordt gebruikt voor het beheren van bodemdossiers en het afleveren van bodemattesten ondersteunt hierbij de klant-medewerkers.
De bodemafdeling heeft echter ook nieuwe doelstellingen. Tegen 2036 wil onze klant voor alle historische bodemverontreinigingen minstens de sanering opstarten.
Daar waar vroeger bodemonderzoeken werden uitgevoerd, waarbij de trigger een verkoop van een grond was of een periodiek onderzoek van een risicoactiviteit, gaat men nu veel actiever risicogronden opsporen en aanpakken.
Hiervoor biedt de bestaande toepassing onvoldoende ondersteuning.
Er zijn een aantal aanvullende functionaliteiten en verbeteringen noodzakelijk. Wanneer gronden actief worden opgespoord zal het volume bodemdossiers toenemen. Het beheer van een toenemend aantal dossier moet meer gestroomlijnd worden. Er moet ook vlotter kunnen omgesprongen worden met bv het probleem van kadastermutaties. Ook wilt de klant meer geografisch gaan werken.
De huidige toepassing voldoet zowel functioneel als technisch niet meer aan de vereisten. Voor de vernieuwing van de toepassing is gekozen voor een gradueel traject. Geen big bang traject, maar vervanging van bestaande delen door nieuwe ontwikkeling tot finaal de volledige bodemtoepassing is vernieuwd.
**Technische Skills**:
- Aantoonbare ervaring met agile ontwikkeling (scrum/kanban)
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het uitschrijven en reviewen van use cases & user stories
- Aantoonbare ervaring met BPMN/UML diagrammen
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het begeleiden van teams in een agile werkomgeving (scrum/kanban)
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het beheren van backlog, storyboard & storymapping
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het uitschrijven van test scenario’s
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het uitwerken van mock-ups
- Aantoonbare ervaring met uitvoering van user acceptance testing
- Aantoonbare werkervaring met Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira)
- Aantoonbare ervaring als functioneel analist met kleine bedrijfs kritische of grotere niet bedrijfs kritische toepassingen.
- Aantoonbare ervaring als product ownerAantoonbare ervaring in onderhandeling met de verschillende stakeholders en domeineigenaars
- Aantoonbare ervaring in technische omgevingen waarbinnen de projecten zich situeren
- Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR - niveau C2.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met change management
- Aantoonbare ervaring van requirement analyse & design concepten voor OO, multi-tier en web-enabled, en/of UML omgevingen
- Kennis en ervaring van OO, data en procesmodelleringstechnieken en tools
