**Project Coordinator Nike**:
Voor ons team ‘secondments’ (detacheringen) zijn we op zoek naar een project coordinator die instaat voor de opvolging van de klant Nike, waar een team van Renewi aan de slag is. Je werkt nauw samen met de teamleader die ook via Renewi bij Nike werkt. Samen zorgen jullie dat team ter plaatsen de nodige ondersteuning krijgt. De teamleader zal rechtstreeks verantwoordelijk zijn voor team inzake planning, verlofdagen enz.. Jij als project manager zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het dagelijks beheer van de activiteiten binnen Nike inzake afvalsortering en ophaling. Lees verder
**Hoe ziet een job als project coordinator er bij ons uit?**
- Je zorgt voor het dagelijks beheer van de activiteiten inzake afvalsortering en -ophaling bij jouw klant waar een team van Renewi gedetacheerd is.
- In nauwe samenwerking met de klant coördineer en optimaliseer je de totale keten van afvalstoffenverwijdering. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt tussen de klant en Renewi.
- Je stuurt, samen met de teamleader, de gedetacheerde medewerkers (± 20 medewerkers) aan en coacht hen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
- Je neemt, samen met de Project Engineer en Key Accountmanager, de leiding in het opmaken en opvolgen van de SLA’s (zowel van Renewi als de klant), het jaarlijks businessplan en de te behalen KPI’s.
- Je maakt kostenanalyses op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je bedenkt optimalisaties en werkt deze uit.
**Wat verwachten wij**:
- Je behaalde een bachelor diploma in technische, logistieke of analytische richting.
- Je hebt kennis van of affiniteit met afvalstromen
- Je hebt ervaring in een coördinerende rol binnen een logistieke omgeving.
- Je kan je snel inwerken in een nieuwe omgeving met aandacht voor lokale instructies, voorschriften en procedures.
- Je weet hoe je een ploeg op een mensgerichte manier aansturen.
- Je bent planmatig, resultaatgericht en communicatief.
- Je hebt een praktische kennis van het MS Office-pakket, voornamelijk Excel.
